I am excited so to be here with you all this year!
You can expect to work hard in this class, and you can also expect that this hard work will lead to great improvement in your skills as a learner. I am here to help you with this hard work and will do everything I can, including holding you and your peers to our class expectations and giving you extra help as you need it. Please remember that I can only help you if I know you need help, so you must communicate with me! I am usually available after school by appointment.
About Mrs. Wrazien: This is my 4th year teaching 6th grade. I moved from WA state about a year ago, so this is my first year teaching at Keoneula elementary school. I earned my Bachelor's degree at the University of Scranton, in Scranton, PA and my Master's in Teaching at Saint Martin's University in WA state. I hope to cultivate creativity, critical thinking, and a spirit of inquiry and discovery in the students I work with. I strive to use engaging methods and practices to create meaningful and relevant lessons that are interesting as well as challenging. I am always working to help students develop their skills and talents to become life-long learners. I am dedicated to fostering a strong home/school partnership to help students reach their full potential. To that end, please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns. I will respond promptly.
